Sourcing requests

When you submit a form, we collect the contact, company, application, and technical requirement information you provide. We use it to respond, qualify the request, identify possible sourcing paths, and manage the relationship in BOMForge's business systems.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages, referrers, device characteristics, and conversion events such as quote-form submissions. Google may process identifiers and usage data under its own terms. Browser controls, consent tools, network blocking, or disabling JavaScript can limit this collection.

Sharing

We do not sell personal contact information. We may share relevant technical and business requirements with prospective manufacturers, distributors, and service providers when needed to pursue your sourcing request. We use vendors for hosting, analytics, email, and CRM operations.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information for as long as it is reasonably useful for sourcing, relationship management, legal obligations, and operational records. No internet system is perfectly secure, so do not submit export-controlled, classified, or unusually sensitive information through the public form.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information, subject to legal and operational retention needs. Email hello@bomforge.com.
